Yes, we ship our products to customers and businesses all over the world. Shipping costs, delivery estimates, and available carriers will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
What are your production and shipping times?
To guarantee the highest chemical stability and performance, we do not mass-produce or store large quantities of our resins due to their short shelf life.
In-Stock Items: Usually processed and shipped within a few business days.
Made-to-Order / Out-of-Stock Items: Production and replenishment take between 15 to 20 business days.
If you are working under an urgent deadline, please contact us before placing your order.

🧪 Product & Technical Info
Why do your resins have a short shelf life?
Our high-quality single-component UV resins are engineered for professional results. Because they are highly reactive chemical compounds, they feature a shorter shelf life than standard commercial alternatives. We supply freshly manufactured batches to ensure you receive maximum cross-linking efficiency and long-term crystal clarity.
What is the difference between your UV Soft resin and others on the market?
There are many UV Soft resins available on the market, but most of them exhibit flaws that make them completely impractical for professional doming.
Some of these common issues include:
Visible surface streaks: Annoying imperfections that turn the finished label into a defective product.
Sticky surface: A tacky residue left after curing, caused by cheap components and low-grade technology.
Shrinkage after UV curing: Excessive shrinking that warps or curves the entire label.
Micro-bubbles: Tiny surface bubbles that are impossible to eliminate or that remain completely invisible during pouring, only to ruin the final result.
Instant yellowing: Resins that begin to turn yellow immediately after exposure to the UV lamp.
Our XBond UV Soft resin for doming is specifically engineered to be completely free of all these listed defects, ensuring a flawless, crystal-clear, and perfectly flat finish every time.
What is the difference between your UV resin and the "Hard" UV resins available on the market?
"Hard" UV resin is specifically designed for creating ornamental objects, jewelry, or crafts, and in the vast majority of cases, it is poured into silicone molds.
It is completely unsuitable for doming or resin labels for several key reasons:
Zero Adhesion: Hard resin will quickly peel off or fail to adhere entirely to vinyl, stickers, or any standard label backing.
Complete Rigidity: Labels made with hard resin lack any conformability; they are completely stiff and cannot be applied to curved or flexible surfaces.
Lower Price & Simpler Technology: Because hard resins are mass-produced for general crafting and consume a much higher market volume, their price is significantly lower. This is also because their chemical formulation uses a much simpler technology to blend.
The real challenge in the industry is producing flawless, high-quality soft (flexible) UV resins, which is exactly what XBond Resin specializes in.
🛠️ Equipment & Warranty
Does the UV Lamp come with a warranty?
Yes, we provide a standard legal warranty on hardware equipment like our UV lamps. The duration depends on your buyer status:
Private Individuals (B2C): 2-year legal warranty.
Professional/Company Buyers (B2B): 1-year commercial warranty.
How do I return a defective item under warranty?
If your equipment qualifies for a warranty claim, it must be returned to our facility in Italy via a trackable shipping service with all shipping costs pre-paid by the sender (carriage paid / porto franco). We cannot accept returns sent cash-on-delivery or via non-trackable methods.
🔄 Returns & Cancellations
Can I return a resin bottle if I change my mind?
If you purchased as a private consumer (B2C), you have 14 days to request a return. However, due to the strict storage requirements and chemical nature of the products, resins can only be returned if the bottle and its security seals are completely unopened, undamaged, and intact. Professional (B2B) orders are not eligible for voluntary returns.
