By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope and Target Audience
We sell our products—including UV resins, polyurethane resins, accessories, and starter kits—to both private consumers (B2C) and corporate/professional clients (B2B). Different legal rights (such as warranty durations and return policies) apply depending on whether you purchase as a consumer or a professional under a VAT registration.
2. Product Freshness, Stock, and Shipping Times
To guarantee the highest quality and chemical efficacy, our resins UV-curable are not mass-produced or stored in large quantities due to their short shelf life.
In-Stock Items: If the product is readily available in our warehouse, processing and shipping will take a few business days.
Out-of-Stock / Made-to-Order Items: If the product needs to be manufactured or restocked, processing times vary from 15 to 20 business days.
Urgent Orders: Delivery times depend on product availability, production queues, and shipping destinations. If you have an immediate or urgent deadline, please do not place an order. We do not accept liability for delays resulting from the necessary production cycles of fresh chemical products.
3. Worldwide Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are calculated during checkout or billed separately depending on the destination country.
All customs clearance costs, local taxes, or import duties for non-EU shipments are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and do not include our internal production/handling times specified in Section 2.
4. Legal Warranty on Equipment (UV Lamps)
We provide the standard legal warranty on hardware equipment, such as our UV Lamps.
For private consumers (B2C), the warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of delivery.
For professional buyers/companies (B2B), the warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of delivery.
Warranty Return Condition: In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, the product must be returned to our facility exclusively via carriage paid (porto franco / shipping pre-paid by the sender) and through a trackable shipping service. We will reject any returns sent cash-on-delivery or via non-trackable methods.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns & Refunds)
Consumers (B2C): Pursuant to European Consumer Law, private individuals have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery. However, due to the nature of chemical goods, resins can only be returned if the bottle or packaging remains completely sealed, unopened, and undamaged.
Professionals (B2B): The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders placed with a company name or VAT number.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from transactions on this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rimini (RN), Italy.
