• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched.

• Shipping to Italy:

  • Rate: €9.00 flat rate.

  • Delivery Time: Express delivery within 24/48 hours across Italy.

• Shipping to Europe:

  • Rate: €13.00 flat rate.

  • Eligible Countries: Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, and Slovakia.

  • Delivery Time: Generally 3 to 5 business days depending on the destination.

• 🚨 Important Notice on Shipping Rates: Our shipping rates are calculated as a flat contribution to help keep checkout simple. However, due to external factors, transport market fluctuations, and dynamic fuel surcharges, international shipping costs can sometimes vary significantly. We reserve the right to review the shipping cost after an order is placed. In the rare event of a substantial pricing discrepancy for your specific destination, we will contact you immediately to adjust the shipping fee or, if you prefer, issue a full and immediate refund of your order.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer a straightforward return process:

• Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product (UV resin or kits) must be completely unused, unopened, with all original seals intact, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of chemical products, we cannot accept returns for opened bottles.

• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
